It includes alder, apple, ash, beech, bourbon-soaked oak, cherry, douglas fir, hickory, maple, mesquite, oak and pecan, each with tasting notes and enough chips for around four smokes.
Here is exactly what arrives in your sampler pack, so you know what to expect before your first smoke and what you may still need to add.
12 wood chip packets
One sealed packet for each of the twelve smoking woods, holding roughly 30g to 50g per pack.
Tasting notes
Notes describing each wood’s smoke strength and the foods it traditionally pairs with.
Around 4 smokes per wood
Enough chips in each packet to run approximately four smokes, depending on the wood and method.
Not included
